Michael Juliano joints Waters & Bugbee

HAMILTON, New Jersey – Waters & Bugbee has welcomed a new project manager with a diverse background to its ranks.

Michael Juliano joined the team in December 2023, bringing experience not only in project management, but a diverse mix of hobbies and interests.

“We’re excited to have Michael onboard and can’t wait to see what he contributes to our team,” said Waters & Bugbee Vice President Steve Minshall. “His unique skillset and dedication will be a huge asset to our clients, and he knows that our company is one built around opportunities to advance.”

Juliano is no stranger to juggling multiple projects. In addition to his new role, he is a devoted husband to his wife, Shannon, and a dog dad to Cooper and Cali, both rescue pups. Cooper was even the Best Man at Michael and Shannon’s wedding.

When he’s not at work, Juliano channels his energy into rock climbing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He has been rock climbing for more than 10 years, and has earned a blue belt after just four years of Jiu-Jitsu.

Perhaps most surprising is his 8-year stint as a DJ, an endeavor he began in the 8th grade.

Waters and Bugbee is third-generation general contracting company, which specializes in underground utility work, among other areas.
