Terms and Conditions of Document Use
As an invited Waters and Bugbee bidder, please be advised that you are solely responsible to review all documentation as related to the development of your work scope and final preparation of your quotation. Without receiving written changes to your proposal prior to the bid submission due date, we will assume that your proposal is based upon the specifications and drawings provided by Waters & Bugbee. All written proposals will be considered binding.
Verbal proposals will not be accepted. In submitting a proposal, you are accepting and acknowledging all pricing is per plans and specifications and guarantees a submittal approval at no additional cost to contractor. Your proposal must be inclusive of all miscellaneous items and scope tasks that are applicable to your trade.
Please review the insurance specifications provided in the bid documents, as they are mandatory requirements with every job. The insurance specifications included on this website are to be fully complied with in order to submit prices for any bid listed hereto. If no insurance specifications are provided from Owner, the attached DEFAULT limits will then prevail. DOWNLOAD DEFAULT INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS BELOW.
