Waters & Bugbee President, Jeffrey Waters, oversees all corporate operations and offers additional estimating insight based on his previous position as Vice President and Chief Estimator. Most importantly, Jeff provides visionary and strategic planning to ensure the future success of the company.
Donald Waters, Jr., the company’s Senior Vice President, manages all construction operations including manpower, materials and and project costs with an emphasis on customer service to all Waters & Bugbee clients. Don is committed to promoting Waters & Bugbee’s quality workmanship and expansion into other work areas for future sustainability.
Executive Vice President and Chief Estimator, Charles Waters, has experience in various types of construction including: civil, utility, building and streetscaping. Chuck is particularly competent in the areas of business financial management, estimating and the purchases and sales of construction equipment and tools.
Waters & Bugbee’s Vice President of Operations, Dennis Brophy, Jr., supervises the labor crews, estimates and provides tremendous assistance in marketing and new business development. Since his 1980 start at Waters & Bugbee as a General Foreman, Dennis has developed a well-rounded and diverse understanding of all aspects of construction and construction management. In his current position, he continues to foster Waters & Bugbee’s image, growth and overall success for the years to come.
The most recent addition to the Waters & Bugbee team is Steven Minshall, serving as Vice President of Business Development. Bringing to Waters & Bugbee extensive marketing and business development experience within the construction industry, Steve’s direction of the team into new markets is a tremendous asset to the company.
