      Notable Work, Clients, & Testimonials

  • Waters & Bugbee, Inc. was hired by the Mercer County Park Commission to renovate the 9,000 square foot Mountain View Golf Course Club House and Pro Shop in Ewing, NJ.  Utilizing a multitude of exceptional subcontractors, Waters & Bugbee, Inc. completed the project in nine months, on schedule and within budget.  Construction Supervisor, Robert Johnson attributes the project's success to weekly meetings with Mercer County and the Architect, two week look ahead schedules, well planned material deliveries, and the overall professional quality of the subcontractors.  Waters & Bugbee, Inc. has won several awards for this outstanding project and Robert Johnson received an Award of Service as Construction Supervisor by the Park Commission in appreciation of the extraordinary service, commitment, and expertise to the residents of Mercer County in the creation of the facility.

  • Mercer County hired Waters & Bugbee, Inc. to enhance the county facilities compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.  In particular, Waters & Bugbee, Inc. installed wider doors, properly aligned the push-pull pressure on doors, adjusted the height on door sills, and installed ramps and railings.

"I couldn't be happier in my experience working with Waters & Bugbee. They were highly responsive and professional in every way throughout the process. They worked extremely well with our consultants and used subcontractors of the highest quality. Their construction supervisor (Robert Johnson) was the best I've worked with. They built an award-winning clubhouse within our budget and on schedule. We are extremely grateful!"

“Waters & Bugbee was very responsive and well organized throughout the Mountain View Golf Course Clubhouse project.   They communicated effectively, resolved problems quickly, and managed their subcontractors well. Up to and through substantial completion and close-out of the project, outstanding issues were adequately addressed in a timely manner.  I was impressed by the overall quality of the work.  The scope and success of the project exceeded what was originally envisioned, and attendance at the golf course is now up 30 – 40%.    The general feeling we have is that it has been very enjoyable to be involved with Waters & Bugbee on this project."
