"I couldn't be happier in my
experience working with
Waters & Bugbee. They were
highly responsive and
professional in every way
throughout the process. They
worked extremely well with
our consultants and used
subcontractors of the
highest quality. Their
construction supervisor
(Robert Johnson) was the
best I've worked with. They
built an award-winning
clubhouse within our budget
and on schedule. We are
extremely grateful!"

“Waters & Bugbee was very
responsive and well
organized throughout the
Mountain View Golf Course
Clubhouse project. They
communicated effectively,
resolved problems quickly,
and managed their
subcontractors well. Up to
and through substantial
completion and close-out of
the project, outstanding
issues were adequately
addressed in a timely
manner. I was impressed by
the overall quality of the
work. The scope and success
of the project exceeded what
was originally envisioned,
and attendance at the golf
course is now up 30 – 40%.
The general feeling we
have is that it has been
very enjoyable to be
involved with Waters &
Bugbee on this project."
